    Yes! Customer research is the cornerstone of our positioning and messaging strategy process for B2B tech brands. Customer surveys and interviews are always included because your customers are the best ones to help us understand your product’s real value.

    While we highly recommend conducting customer interviews before crafting your messaging, we understand that it’s not always possible. In those cases, we lean more heavily on online voice-of-the-customer research. In any case, we always talk to the people on your team who are closest to your customers (sales and customer success).

    We do not work on website copy before going through a strategic messaging and positioning process. If you rush to get your website out without doing this strategic groundwork first, it won’t be as strong as it could be. If you want to launch your site within a couple of weeks, we aren’t the best fit to support you.
